Situated on the scenic Fox River – flanked by its sister cities (St. Charles to the north and Batavia to the south), Geneva is an exquisite gem located in the heart of the Fox River Valley. It is also proudly located on the Chicago-Northwestern railroad tracks. Numerous trips shuttle passengers back and forth every day, bringing both commuters and tourists to and from Geneva on a daily basis.

The city is well known for its historic downtown, exciting and energetic arts scene, and beautiful natural surroundings. The downtown area features well-preserved Victorian architecture, independent boutiques, art galleries, and a variety of dining options. Geneva is also home to several parks and recreational areas – including the Fabyan Forest Preserve – offering opportunities for hiking, biking, and enjoying the outdoors.

For fine dining, indulge in an elegant dining experience at any of several restaurants specializing in upscale cuisine with expertly prepared dishes, and an extensive wine list. Prefer more casual? Enjoy a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with a menu featuring classic American dishes like burgers, steaks, and comfort food favorites. And if international cuisine is your schtick, explore the flavors of the world at a restaurant sporting an international flare. Options may include Italian, Mexican, Thai, or other global cuisines.
