This restaurant falls into what might be called “Just Average”. From the moment you walk through the door, it becomes increasingly obvious that not much attention has been paid to detail. There are No Uniforms of any kind worn by either servers or other staff. Plating is Sloppy, Food is either Over- or Undercooked. Flavors are not distinct; no garnish is used on plates; no imagination is obvious in menu choices, as everything (or most of it) is deep-fried. A 3 Zin Rating is “Just Average Fare”
The restaurants listed below achieved the 3 Zin Rating at the time of my visit.
