For those of you who may be interested in restaurant reviews that have
either been removed from the "active status" list or are from previous
years, below is an index, in alphabetical order, of those reviews, their
location, the date of the original review and other pertinent information.
An asterisk (*)
next to the restaurant name indicates that the restaurant is no longer in
business. Please remember that many of these reviews may be quite
antiquated; the ratings may no longer be valid. Some files are available
for purchase individually, while others are bundled together for
